The script lists the different documents of your research folders and display informations such as: is it present in your jabref configuration?, what's its bibtex file?, ...

Configuration

• jabref: indicate here your bibtex file, generated by bibtex
• root_documentation: indicate here the root of the research documents
• filter: precise the types of documents to take into account, separated by comma. for example: $filter="pdf,ps"
